Windows 10: Standard NVM Express Controller driver [error code 10]

Hi everyone!My SSD somehow disappeared, and when I checked Device Manager it showed error code 10 on the Standard NVME controller.This device cannot start. Code 10An I/O adapter hardware error has occurred.The SSD is fine. I can access it using Win10 run on USB Rescue and the BIOS shows SSD information.I looked for a solution but none of them worked uninstall driver, reinstall SSD, rollback update.My specs:CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800HSSD1: NVME Hyniz [OS drive] [working]SSD2: NVME T-Force Z440 [error 10]OS: Win11Are there any possible solutions to this problem?

Issue, I am running Windows 10 Pro 2004. I have an XPG SX6000 Lite 256GB M.2 drive installed on a Vantec Adapter in a PCIe slot. Motherboard is an old P8H77-V i3770 CPU. When Windows loads from a shut down (Cold Boot) the Standard NVM Express
Controller Driver loads and the drive works great. But, when a restart (Soft Boot) is done the Standard NVM Express Driver fails to load and the drive does not show and is not listed...

What do you think ? Help would be amazing... Thanks

 

Windows 7 Standard NVM Express Controller

Hi,

I just got a Fujitsu Lifebook A3510, which is supposed to be compatible with Windows 7. I bought a Windows 7 Installation Disk separately, so it's a new license key.

I understand that Windows 10 is now the recommended OS, and that Windows 7 is no longer supported, but I've been using Windows 7 for the past two years with security software and I must prefer it, so I really am desperate to use it on my new laptop.

When I try to install the disc it tells me I can't install it on a partition because "Windows cannot be installed to this disk. Windows needs the driver for device [Standard NVM Express Controller]."

I have tried to find this NVM Express Controller separately and tried to find out what kind of files it has. Is this supposed to be an .INF file or a .SYS file? And where can I find this?

Let me answer these one at a time... Sata Controller is set to AHCI in the Bios. This issue has been there since I installed the M.2 NVMe, M.2 Sata SSD PCIe X4 Adapter. So there is no point in the Restore to go back to. I need this adapter as there
is no M.2 connections on the motherboard... old board.... Asus P8H77-V. A screen shoot of Disk Management would simple show you a shot of the drive being there after a cold start... like it is now.... All are showing healthy.. I have a C, F, G, D, H drive....
If I did a restart (Soft Boot) then it would not show the SSDM.2 H drive and the Standard NVM Express Controller Drive would not load. For some reason when a Restart (Soft Boot) is made the driver does not load.. so no M.2 drive....
