Windows 10: Start bar closing by it self repeatedly

Please help, this is getting annoying. Everytime I tried to open start bar the windows logo on bottom left, it always closed by it self. Not just that, when I use google / any search engine, it doesn't load up, even though I have a good connection. What should I do sorry for my terrible English

File explorer address bar repeatedly opening and closing

Whilst browsing file explorer, on the address bar, the 'Previous Locations' down arrow icon will select and repeatedly open and close. I can stop it by pressing any random key on the keyboard, but
it will eventually start up again a few seconds later. Is there any way to fix or stop this?

 

want to open game bar, but win+G repeatedly asks if "want to open game bar?"

Start Bar not working after update install in Windows 10


Hi, tried as you suggest. It starts and says Checking application registration... and the green progress bar just goes on and on (let it run for over two hours) and never gets to the next step. Any other suggestions?
