Windows 10: START BUTTON AND TASKBAR ERROR

Hey everyone,I am having problems with my taskbar. Most of the buttons don't work including start and search button. I can left click on the taskbar apps but right clicking doesn't work. I can't open notification or internet connections either. I can't open the settings by any means. I've tried the shortcut keys to open it but didn't work. None of the content inside settings is reachable. Also, when I restart the computer the files in desktop are automatically deleted except some pre-installed ones and the browser. Even in the browser, all the accounts get logged off when the computer

Good morning,

I have been looking online to find the way to personalize my Surface 3 (colors, background, etc.).

The only problem is when I get to to change the color of my taskbar. The lists of steps that I need to follow bring me to Settings - Personalization - Colors and finally to ''Show accent color on the following surface'' where normally I would need to click
on ''Start, taskbar, action center'', but turn out the button does'nt work...

I did as suggested but didn't get to Troubleshoot or Reset computer. When it started back up with taskbar was complete and start button working. Everything seems ok, but slower. So thanks for that. Can you tell me about creating restore point manually and creating system image backup ?
