Windows 10: Start button not responsive, taskbar does not respond, explorer is duplicated and stuck

Windows 11 pro 24h2 on a new laptop Dell Vostro 5640-KV7V0, domain without Microsoft account:The taskbar is freezing almost every day. The start button on the taskbar cannot be opened, advanced functions do not respond through the left mouse, icons and right mouse is ok only for menu task manager and setting taskbar. Explorer is in the task manager several times, after its restart the mouse does not respond and its movement makes sounds until I restart all explorers, which is difficult without a mouse, then everything works for a while - a day or two. Reinstalling drivers, sfc /scannow did n

Windows 10 Taskbar icons missing/ not responding!
