  1. Start button not working after setting AppIDSvc service start automatically

    Hi Team,

    System : Windows 10 Education

I want to block Application as well in Safe Mode so I am using AppLocker of Windows 10.

Application is successfully blocked when Windows Identity Service is running.

I have followed below link and fired below command:

    sc.exe config appidsvc start= auto

Windows Start/ Wifi etc. are not working after restart machine.

Can you guide to how can I block Application in safe mode?

    Vista Automatic Updating Error

    Resolution Suggestion:

    # To resolve this problem, make sure that BITS and the Automatic Updates service are started..

A simple solution but one that works in most circumstances!

    1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

    2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

    3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

    4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

    5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

    6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

    7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

  4. Start button not working after setting AppIDSvc service start automatically

Start Button displaying but not working

The start button was working until there was a forced reboot (power failure). Then left click (normal click) over the start button does absolutely nothing. Right click brings up a menu but "programs" and also "settings" are missing and not included on this list. Search or Task View buttons do not work either with "normal" click. Does anyone have any suggestion or fixes?
    Thank you in advance *Huh
