Windows 10: start experiences app always use location in win 11

hello, i have a little issue.recently i noticed that "start experiences" the blue arrow icon always stay in my taskbar, when before it only poped up for few seconds before disappear.when i click on it i'am redirected to the location menu and i found that "start experiences" app keep using my computer location non-stop.I tried to remove and restart permission, but once allowed again it immediately use my location again and stay on "currently in use" like a real time GPS when it is supposed to only manage the news/weather feed widgets and ask location only to update weather every few hour

Shared Experiences allow you to start a task on one device and finish it on another, or easily set up a remote control or other companion apps on a smartphone. If you don’t want to use the feature, we suggest that you disable it. Kindly follow these steps
below:

• Click
  Start.
• Select
  Settings.
• Click
  System.
• Select the Shared experiences link on the left-hand side. Here you will see a switch that lets you toggle the Share across devices feature to the On or Off position.
• Enable it then restart your computer.
• Go again to Shared Experiences in Settings app, and disable it completely.

my location on maps app is wrong.

I suggest you to follow the below methods and check if it helps.

• Type Location privacy settings in search bar
  and click on Location privacy settings.
• Here you can enable/disable the Location.
• You may try to Enable/Disable the Maps app to use the
  location or not from the apps list.

Worst Experience with Win 11 and now not able to Go Back to Win 10

Follow these procedures to downgrade Windows 11 to Windows 10:

• Launch Windows 11 Start.
  
• To launch the app, perform a search for Settings and select the top result.
  
• Select System.
  
• On the right side, click the Recovery page.
  
• Click the Back button in the "Recovery options" section.
  
• Select the reason for uninstalling Windows 11.
  
• Click the Next button.
  
• Click the No, thanks button.
  
• Click the Next button
  
• Click the Go back to Windows 10 button.
  
• Once you complete the steps, Windows 11 will be removed, reverting the system to Windows 10, keeping your files and most of your settings and apps.
