Windows 10: Start is back ++ issue

Discus and support Start is back ++ issue in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; I have something funky happening with my start menu.     I have something funky happening with my start menu. I am using Sci-fi t3 theme for windows 10 and it seems like the scaling is off. Any suggestions on how to rectify this would be much appreciated. I have tried everything I can think of.

    I would notify the author of the theme so it can be adjusted for Wn10.

    Ok my bad ..... problem solved.....forgot I had bumped up the display to 125% when I left the laptop for my sister in law to use last weekend! DOH!!! Thought things looked bigger than I remembered.
