  1. Start menu and taskbar are not responding after reverting to 10125

    Hi all,
    long story short:
i updated to 10130 the other night but i had issues with networking (basically connected to limited networks or cant connect at all), so when i reverted back to 10125 (through windows recovery) i have an issue where when i click on start menu nothing happens, also right clicking on any of the icons on the taskbar gives nothing, and last but not least non of the SYSTEM icons respond to clicks in the notification area.

anyone have an idea about this?

    :)

  3. Start menu and taskbar are not responding or working properly

last night I had a strong feeling that it might be the .NET framework that might be corrupted. So I uninstalled the from
4.5-4.7 beta .NET framework, then ran Windows Update and restarted. sure enough i have my start menu and task bar functions back. It seems to be a .NET framwork error but doesn't show up as an
    error.
