Windows 10: Start menu, apps options, dialogue box, action bar flash and automatically closes.

Hi

I am encountering a weird situation here on Windows. Everything was normal and suddenly it starts acting weird before 3-4 days and I've not done any some noticeable changes. Apart from updating windows to version 2004 of about 10 days ago.


Problems: 1. When this problems occurs I am not able to open Start Menu, it just flashes and goes down. No matter how many times I click to open start menu, it just show start menu and close within fraction of time.

2. Right click option don't come out, same it flashes and close.

3. Searching in chrome, typing and it automatically erase all text

4. Unable to get any option on any web page for any actions. It close automatically.

5. Automatically Task Manager popup in Google Chrome.

Steps I took to fix this:

1. I ran sfc /scannow - theirs no problem

2. Updating windows

3. Also did RESET my window, still the problem is same.


Due to this my work is stopped and slow. Unable to work while having this problem. Please help me to solve this.

A flashing Dialogue box

a flashing dialogue box keeps appearing on screen every minute. it minimizes any other program m using. I cant get it to stop.

 

Windows 9 start menu in action

They showed in the first video you have the option to either use the smaller start menu or the full screen version. It is just a tick box in the start menu properties.

 

Flashing Dialogue box after installing Windows 10

I upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10. Everything seems to be working okay except now I have a dialogue box that keeps flashing on and off every minute or so. Any suggestions to stop this? Thanks!
