Windows 10: Start Menu changes in Server 2019

I have noticed there is a menu change in the start menu for "Apps and Features" but I need to be able to pin "Programs and Features" if possible with little intervention for thousands of 2019 servers. I have been able to go into the control panel and pin it to start but that requires manual intervention for our upgrade teams. I also did an export of the startlayout.xml but again this would have to be in a gpo for all servers. Is there any other way to do this ? Even with a registry change through gpo is acceptable.

How do you change server/port setting in Outlook 365?

I cannot find any sort of settings for an existing account that I have. I searched around and found someone on the Microsoft forum that suggested a regedit, which I did, but nothing happened.

I googled this and found someone showing steps for changing server settings, but none of the menu tabs exist for me. Is there a way around this?
