Windows 10: Start Menu Critical error "Your Start Menu isn't working,."

Whenever I click on the Start menu, I get a "Critical Error" message. This issue started after a recent Windows update, which I believe is the cause. I am signed in with an Azure account, and I've tried all the solutions I found online, including attempting to repair or reinstall the Start menu, uninstalled the updates, there is no recovery option to go back.However, it seems the commands provided only work for local accounts and not Azure accounts. Does anyone know of a fix for this? I got similar issue few months ago and it was fixed by re-imaging the laptop, which I do not want to do this t

Critical Error Start menu

I have same problem and none of the posted suggestions work. I did a system restore and it almost works except the start menu is not properly organized and the programs are listed in a different than normal manner. after a few hours when I click on the
start menu the critical error pops up again and says it will try to repair on the net login, which does not repair the problem. but if I do a restore it will work for a few hours and then repeats
