Windows 10: Start Menu doesnt appear correctly in my second screen

Hi everyone, I am new here My start menu appears partially. I have try to fix it in the display settings, but I cuoldnt figure out how to do it. I am using all the recommended settings.Any help is appreciated, thanks!

How do I get a screenshot of start menu?

1. Run snipping tool ( If screen appears grayed out, press ESC, if not continue step 2.)
2. Click to open the start menu
3. Hold CTRL and press print Screen. Screen will appear grayed out, ready to capture.

NOTE: This will work with all popup menus ie. Windows Menu, Context menu etc...

 

All Apps doesn't appears in Start Menu

I'm sorry I'm not make me clear. It's not a link, it is the All Apps list that normally appears in the Start Menu.
My problem is that All Apps list vanished from Start Menu.
I can't run any App because I can't see them anymore. See the image captured from my screen.





I hope that clears my question.

Create Start Screen Tiles for applications which appears on Start Menu

  I was wondering how to add the applications appearing on Windows 10 Start Menu to Windows Start Screen, that too in a specific location on the start screen, with a specific tile size and under a specific application group? Do you think it's feasible? I know it's easily done interactively by right clicking the start menu app and pinning it to Start but this has to done for the enterprise users so would like to see if the task could be accomplished using a GPO or Script.
