Windows 10: Start Menu Glitchy etc.

Hello i do have other parts but nobody could help me yet, im not sure if its an AMD issue or if its a microsoft issue, if you guys want more information go to my other parts pls ty. So, my Start Menu search bar i cant type in it rarely i somehow get 1 letter in the search bar then it thinks im using my arrows or something idk, next anything that isnt part of the PC when plugging in usbs etc ends up being duplicated in file explorer for some reason, then lastly when i change windows etc in chrome discord etc a page from the previous page can still be shown on half of the screen but its usually

Why is my start menu glitchy?

As you can see, the start menu tiles are very dark and low quality. Also, the text is almost unreadable. The start menu is just glitchy overall. What caused this? Is there a way to fix it? I am running Windows 10 build 10240.

 

Windows 10 Start menu is empty

Hi. Steps 1 and 2 didn't do much but step 3 has restored what looks like the list of original Microsoft apps but no sign of any of the many apps I have installed. And there are no tiles in the start menu. Any suggestions please?
