Windows 10: Start menu in full screen mode changes it's background to black.

In non full screen mode background is purple, as it should be. Anyone knows to fix it?

Start menu background was black after updated to build 1903.

Previously I set my taskbar to blue and the start menu background also reflected that. After upgraded to 1903, the start menu background was black.

• I already set Default Windows Mode to Dark
• I checked the box 'Show Accent color - Start, taskbar, and action center. I set the color to blue but the Start menu's background was not changed.
• I have the latest NVIDIA driver.
• Checked for Windows update and there was no update.

Interestingly, this only happened if I set the start menu to full screen. If it's not in full screen mode, the background was blue.

  icon > Restart.
• After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen, select
  Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
• After your PC restarts, you'll see a list of options. Select 5 or
  F5 for Safe Mode with Networking.

Start Menu background color customize

I found and switched off the full screen mode

and the color of the start menu by left click is changed to the selected one.

But, how to customize the background color of the right clicked menu

from black to grey as previous versions of the windows?!
