Windows 10: Start Menu is Glitchy Part 2

I took to long to re answer, but start menu still glitchy, i try typing in thinks im switching or selecting apps, and also i get duplication of drives and for some reason when i switch screens when such as i think it happens mostly when discord is opened or always, anyway if i switch Chrome tabs then i get a new screen from what i switched to and the previous screen that i was on is still showing, hopefully that makes sense. Theres more details in the first question i created. the guy told me to create a new user i managed to do that and that fixed duplication of drives for that user and not m

Windows 10 Start menu is empty

Hi. Steps 1 and 2 didn't do much but step 3 has restored what looks like the list of original Microsoft apps but no sign of any of the many apps I have installed. And there are no tiles in the start menu. Any suggestions please?

 

Why is my start menu glitchy?

As you can see, the start menu tiles are very dark and low quality. Also, the text is almost unreadable. The start menu is just glitchy overall. What caused this? Is there a way to fix it? I am running Windows 10 build 10240.

          When you say "If I sign in under my user name I am in some earlier version", which version you are referring to?

          Did you made any recent changes to your computer prior to the issue?

          When you say “I cannot access the start menu and am limited to IP as a browser” Is it refers to Microsoft Edge?
          

As an initial steps, I suggest you to check for the Windows version. To do so, follow the below steps:

1) Login to your computer through user name on which it show earlier version of Windows.

2) Press Windows key + r.

3) Type winver, hit enter.
