Windows 10: Start menu keeps popping up and resetting my windows didn't help

I have a surface pro 3 with windows 10 on it. I'm not sure which build I was using as I tried resetting my system. Out of nowhere, without installing any new programs or anything, start menu kept popping open and I tried every solution without success. It was specially annoying since it also vibrates and kept draining my battery. Even when I restarted my PC several times when I was trying different solutions that were suggested and before Windows was loading, it was vibrating. I ended up resetting my PC with the expense of losing all my installed programs, and even during the resseting process

• Have you checked with disconnecting the external keyboard from the device?

Please some of the below troubleshooting steps and check:

Method 1: Run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.

Follow the steps to run the troubleshooter:

• 
  Type Troubleshooting in the
  Search box from the desktop and click Troubleshooting.
  
• Select View All option in the left pane and select the
  Hardware and Devices.
• Click on Next to perform the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and follow the steps.

Method 2: If the issue still persists,
Start computer in safe mode.

  Type Settings in the search box on the desktop, select
  Settings.

  Here select Change pc settings and then
  General.
  
• 
  Scroll down to Advanced startup, click
  Restart now.
  
• 
  Click on Troubleshoot, Advanced options, and Startup Settings.
  
• 
  Click Restart, select Safe mode and then press
  Enter.
  

Method 3: Perform Clean boot to avoid any third party software conflict.

Start menu keeps popping out and taking screenshots on its own

I followed all the steps you suggested. Unfortunately, it didn't work. I am not pressing any key but the start menu still pops up then it take screenshots on its own

Hi

I returned to my own old microsoft account because of reason I descriebed before.

I run Microsoft Safety Scanner, didn`t find any spyware or viruses. This issue didn`t help me to solve the start menu problem.

I use norton as antivirus software. I tried disableing it, but also didn`t help. Only helped me unninstaling drop box programme. The start menu has been working until than, but with very limmeted functions. Don`t recieve error mesage.
The microsoft store app program is not shown up. Microsoft Mail programme don`t work, have to use webmail. I tried again attempt reinstall apps via powershell, but without any success. I use Microsoft account.
