Windows 10: Start Menu not working after KB5055627 have installed on my windows 11 PC

I have installed the update KB5055627 on my pc, The the START menu is not working afte the pc restart , I've tired to uninstall with the waus command wusa /uninstall /kb:5055627 and everything is working back.

"Microsoft.Windows.ShellExperienceHost" and "Microsoft.Windows.Cortana" applications need to be installed correctly.

Now how do install these applications
