Windows 10: Start Menu opens cut without the bottom for a few seconds after movies

hi there,

I noticed that quite often after watching a movie so with the PC doing an x job for a while, when you click on start menu or with Windows' button, the menu would open without the bottom part for a few moments, for then loading the last bit eventually …. then if you reload it a second or third time and so on, it works normally.

Why does that happen? I don't think the PC is running low on memory at all.

Windows Movie Maker

Start menu not working

I found the following article, ran the suggested powershell command and my start menu is working again. Here it is as I found it:
Go to Start menu button and right click on it. This will open the contextual menu, after which you need to select Command Prompt (Admin). Once Command Prompt is open, go ahead with the following steps.

• Type and enter: Powershell
• Type the following: Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
