    Start Menu Troubles


    Hi,

    I'm having some problems when I install from Windows Store it won't let me change the background color of the app > Media Player Gold as its installed from Windows Store and I can't find where its installed on my PC.

    As you can see my menu looks silly with 1 black background and the rest blue. *Biggrin

    This is possibly caused by a corrupted operating system installed on your phone. For us to isolate this concern, please answer the following questions:

    • Which phone model and version of Windows are you using?
    • When did the issue start?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
