Windows 10: Start Menu Weather Widget rapidly refreshing???

I've noticed this today although it may have started earlier and I haven't noticed until now but the widget on the start menu tends to refresh itself often, you know, when the slide from the bottom pulls up?It does this alot, I've restarted my computer and it still does it, but sometimes it doesn't, it does this every 3-5 seconds if it does however and I am curious if this is a typical windows feature or I should be worried, the app works fine and clicking on it works fine.

Foreca Weather Widget

Yeah I know this obviously I have to add widget not shortcut but I can not see Foreca Weather in the widget list, it just shown in the shortcuts list.

 

windows 11 weather widget inside widget panel (Win+W kbd shortcut) doesn't save location

Solution:

• type "weather" at start menu and it will find you "Weather" app with orange sun and cloud icon.
  
• Launch weather app
  
• Set location inside settings
  
• press windows key + w shortcut to open widgets panel
  
• Set location and it will save new location
  

 

Lost my weather widget

I think I accidentally deleted my weather widget. It no longer shows up in the list of widgets. How do I get it back?
