  1. Start Service Module (32 Bit) - Memory Leak Windows 10

Start Service Module (32 Bit) shows in my task manager. This particular service fills up my RAM to 99% and completely slows down the computer. I have i7 first generation with 8GB ram and 1GB dedicaed Nvidia GT220 graphics card.
The only way to release the memory is by Clicking on END TASK on the particular service in TASK Manager.
I have been having this issue since past 8 months but decided to raise this issue now as I just realised that even EDGE hogs on memory.
How do I resolve the above?

    :)

Trying to run an old 32 bit service under Windows 10

    Hi,

To better assist you with the issue, please provide the following information:

    • What program are you trying to use?
    • Are trying to debug the 32-bit Windows 2003 program to run in Windows 10?

We're looking forward to your reply.

Possible Memory Leaks in Windows 10

A memory leak occurs when an application closes and fails to release all its RAM back to the operating system.

The first step in dealing with a memory leak is to determine which application is leaking memory.

The next step is to contact that application's technical support with complete details of the memory leak, since the developers will want to fix the problem ASAP.

  4. Start Service Module (32 Bit) - Memory Leak Windows 10

    Memory Leak.

For 2/3 weeks now, I've had memory leaks, ever since the last Windows update, first thinking it was "antimalware service executable" and then some audio program, after googling someone posted about it being spotify, it seems to be random, I did a few of
the suggestions like turning off some start up programs, going in to other things and disabling / enabling other bits, but nothing I've found on google seems to work because every google result seems to be a mixture of "my spotify is taking up 99% of my memory"
or "antimalware service" or windows defender stuff, its dumb.

What do I do? Do I wait for the next Windows 10 update? should I reinstall windows 10? I'm hoping someone here can help.

    (16GB of ram btw)
