Windows 10: Start-up error: Intel UNDI, PXE-2.1 build 083

My problem started when my monitor went black out of nowhere and I decided to restart it. When I restarted my pc and logged back in with my password it got stuck on the loading screen. After that I thought it was a good idea to reset my pc. When I tried it said I didn't have enough space in my windows file to reset it. I went into help thing where you need to left click on restart and booted up command prompt and cleaned by hard disk 0. After that was finished when I opened my pc back up I got the message Start-up error: Intel UNDI, PXE-2.1 build 083 and so on. When I went into my msi click

MY COMPUTER DID SOME UPDATES AND WHEN IT UPDATED THE BIOS I GOT THIS MESSAGE AND CANNOT START THE LAPTOP ANYMORE. I PRESS ANY KEY BUT THE MACHINE KEEPS COMING BACK TO THIS MESSAGE OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I TRIED F2 BUT I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO CHANGE. PLEASE
