Windows 10: Start up failure

my windows 10 computer appears to have reverted to windows 7

It failed to start up today and trying to boot up shows windows 7 features not those of windows 10.

it found no restore point, repair startup didnt work.

help please

Windows 10 reset failures. Computer won't boot now and getting frustrated.

To help you with your concern regarding the reset failure, let me suggest you to do a startup repair. Kindly follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key
• Hold Shift key then click Restart
• You'll be prompted to the Advance Startup Options
• Select Troubleshoot
• Advanced options
• Startup repair

I would suggest you to try the following steps:

• 
  Click Start icon and click Settings
  
• 
  Choose Personalization, click on Start
  
• 
  Turn on “Use start full screen”
