Windows 10: start up its to slow

HI i have IBM lenovo T400 whit w.10 may problem its slow and shut down its to slow start up almost 3 min shut down 2 min i have this problem week go befor was fast

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
