Windows 10: Start-up login screen just refreshes when I push a button, no login appears

I have a gateway PC running windows 10 and was working perfectly fine until yesterday.When I boot my PC it just shows the Gateway logo and straight to the login screen with time and photos. Every time I press a button it just refreshes the screen and I can do nothing else.I tried the reinstall where I can try to save my folders but that was unsuccessful. I tried the process of fixing errors on the C drive which took all day yesterday, still no change. What can I do?

goto CONTROL PANEL/ USER ACCOUNTS then you have to remove all the other accounts except for the one you logon with....then restart...it should bypass the login tho it will still show the screen for it...it will continue to load windows...good luck*Rockout :rockout:



edit:: it asks for a login when there are more then one accounts..or if you set a pw to your login name...

 

Login screen does not appear

Sometimes, like half of the time, when I put my laptop in sleep mode, it fails to wake up enough to display the login screen. I must do a hard restart in order for it to appear so that I may login.
Any suggestions?

 

No login prompt at login screen

From the icons in the lower right it looks Shohambs has already done that. These only appear on the login screen AFAIK.




There should also be a list of one or more user accounts at the lower left, it's this that's missing. Without an account to select there won't be anything to sign in to.
