Windows 10: START-UP LOOP

Hi so my problem is I have loop at startup which as many people know the pc or laptop keeps turning off and on and there's something more important which is the windows logo doesn't show upI can't access automatic repair the only thing I can access is START UP MENU =I can access BIOS settings

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.

Any advice, troubleshooting steps, or insights into what might be causing this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Is watercooling the solution?

A loop can get complicated and so you start small and list what you want to cool at the very minimum. If you can do that I can give you a diagram and suggested parts.

 

Twitter RSS feed and Loop

So, my Twitter RSS feed won't update, and I can't post anything to twitter from the Loop or Kin Studio. Suggestions?
