Windows 10: START-UP LOOPNO LOGO

Hi so my problem is I have loop at startup the problem is if I want to go the automatic repair page I can't because the loop is about my laptop turns off and on and even the windows logo thing don't show up the only thing that appears is:"PRESS THE ESC KEY FOR STARTUP MENU" And after like 5 seconds it turns off and then again it start by itself i tried everything in the ESC key EVERYTHING IN SYSTEM DIAGNOSTICS, BOOT DEVICE OPTIONS, SYSTEM RECOVERY, NETWORK BOOT AND IT KEEP SAYING PRESS THE ESC KEY... AND LOOPI hope there's a fix I don't want to take it anywhere the charger is plugged in I

still can see HP boot logo

after installing win 10, my computer freezes up when starting

I suggest that you run the Power troubleshooter and check. Follow the steps:

• Click on Windows logo
• Type Troubleshooting
• Under System and Security Click Power usage
• Let the troubleshooter run.

If the above method does not help resolve the issue, then try the below:

• Click on Windows logo
• Type Power Options.
• Click Create a Power Plan

Create a new Power plan and check
