Windows 10: Start-Up Repair couldn't repair your PC.

Hello,

So last night I switched my computer off but it kept running in the background. I switched it off using the power button, it came back on, so I did it again. Looking back, it was a stupid thing to do but my cranky butt couldn't sleep with the humming. I assume this is what caused the issue as nothing else out of the ordinary with my pc happened yesterday.

Now, when I open up my computer it loads up into a blue screen with lots of different options (Advanced Settings, Command Prompt etc etc). I tried to Start Up Repair but I get the following error:

Start-up repair couldn't repair your PC, Log file D:\Windows\System32\Loffiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt

I tried googling it but there's so many different guides with so much conflicting information I tried sfc /scannow but it said that windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation. I tried chkdsk c: but it didn't find any bad files. I tried bootrec /fixboot but it says access denied, and bootrec /scanOs says total identified windows installations 0. I also checked the BIOS and it says Boot Option 1: UEFI and Boot Option 2: SATA.

I tried restoring but I didn't have a restore point (the pc is only 3 months old) and also tried to reset but neither worked. I'm not bothered about losing any files, the only thing I use it for is Steam and I have my saves in the cloud.

Any help would be much appreciated. I am completely at a loss. If you are able to give any (much appreciated advice), give it as if you're talking to a gal who uses her PC once or twice a week to play Zoo Planet and needed help downloading Steam (cause that's who I am hahaha.)

Startup repair couldn''t repair my pc BSOD error code 0xc0000221

I am getting a BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) Startup repair couldn't repair my pc and when I tried to reset the pc wont repair the problems used all the troubleshooting tools which didn't work. Won't let me boot into safe mode. After I go though all the steps i get the screen Recovery Your PC/Device needs to be repaired. The header checksum for this file doesn't match the computed checksum Error code 0xc0000221. You will need recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media (like a disk or or USB device) contact your administrator (which is me). I downloaded a windows 10 iso file on a dvd. How would I be able to repair this? Could I boot into dvd and reinstall windows 10 with keeping my files, or use recovery tools?
