Windows 10: Start up repair failiure

When I try to boot into windows it tries to diagnose my pc, fails, and then lets me go into advanced problems or shut down, which if booting up again just gives me the same error. Trying to boot into safe mode to figure out the issue didn’t work, it just blue screens me and gives me the error INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE.Can somebody here help me?

Windows won't start or repair

Hi,

This issue may occur due to a
missing/corrupted system files. We suggest that you perform these methods
of troubleshooting steps to fix this matter:

Method 1:
Run SFC Scan.

To run an
SFC scan, follow these steps:

• 
  Run
  Command Prompt as Administrator.
  
• 
  Type
  sfc /scannow
  and hit
  Enter.
  

This will check and run an auto-repair on the issue.

Method 2:
Run DISM Tool.

After running the
SFC scan
and the issue still persist, run the
DISM
to check the system health and to try restoring the files. To run
DISM tool, follow these steps:

• 
  Run
  Command Prompt as Administrator.
  
• 
  Type the following command:
  
  • 
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /scanhealth
    
  • 
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
    

NOTE:
This might take a while to finish scanning.
Do not cancel.

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

 

Can't get Youtube to show videos in Chrome

Load this checklist video in Edge: (I'm assuming you did at least a few of these steps, since you stated you tried other suggestions earlier) Go through the list of suggestions here to try to repair YouTube for Chrome...
