Windows 10: Start up screen not in english

It seems that after the latest upgrade on my PC that the I have the following problem.OS Windows 11Desktop PCWhen I turn on my PC the language on the sign in screen is not in English, I have tried resetting language in setting update time/Language, but this has not changed the sign in screen, also news items are not in English, all other programs are still in English. I have reset the PC after each change.Any suggestions to sort this out.Thanks for looking.Ray

  Click Start icon and click Settings
  
• 
  Choose Personalization, click on Start
  
• 
  Turn on “Use start full screen”
