Windows 10: Start up screen

I recently reset a laptop running windows 10. I wiped everything. When I went on to the start up/ login screen, I was met with defaultuser1 and Other user. Ive tried logging in with my account onto the "other user" and I've had no luck. I am sure my details are correctWhat can I do so that I can just log on to the laptop with my normal account. I am planning on selling the laptop, so will the buyer be able to log in with their account.

  Click Start icon and click Settings
  
• 
  Choose Personalization, click on Start
  
• 
  Turn on “Use start full screen”
