Windows 10: Start up

when I first start up my home pc . The first window is some kind of advert. can I set my pc to go directly to sign in page?

or better yet I would love to just turn on my pc and im already on line . I don't use anything Microsoft except the operating system.

I would suggest you to try the following steps:

• 
  Click Start icon and click Settings
  
• 
  Choose Personalization, click on Start
  
• 
  Turn on “Use start full screen”
