I have a Samsung Laptop that I downloaded 10 to and now seems to be useless. When it powers up it gets as far as the desktop background with Icons (or not) and then just sits there and flashes the screen at me consistently. Cannot get past this. Can get into Task Manager using control/alt/delete but nothing useful there. I would like to get into Safe Mode and uninstall but can't do that either. Any ideas?

    :)

Do you have an installation CD? You can boot from the CD.

You can always burn an ISO to an optical disk using another computer.
