Windows 10: Start

I have a USB internet adaptor and a USB camera. On startup or return from Sleep mode I have no internet and no camera. I have to physically remove and replace the USB connectors and then normal service is resumed.

I also have another new problem. A few minutes after startup my screen crashes into a zigzag pattern and the PC resets. I have a year-old Windows 10 Dell Desktop which has run faultlessly till now. Is this a windows update problem, or something else.

I would suggest you to try the following steps:

• 
  Click Start icon and click Settings
  
• 
  Choose Personalization, click on Start
  
• 
  Turn on “Use start full screen”
