Windows 10: StartAllback error in windows 11

Hi, Recently updated to wins 11 & everytime system starts im getting this error "Hold Escape key to prevent StartAllBack from loading" Here is the picture of the error on system startup.. Everytime i need to press esc key for 30 seconds to allow windows to start normally.. I have to tried for statAllback in program files but there nothing found even in installed programs as well.. Pls help on this issue..Thanks!

(Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
