Windows 10: Started up Windows 10, suddenly cannot access old files

I was logging into my laptop, and after putting in the password, I saw a message that said "Preparing Windows". Seemed odd, as I had windows ready for years on that machine already, but I didn't really mind... Until I saw that the desktop was nothing like the new one. I saw some popup about Windows not allowing me to access my files, and that they created some temporary profile. I couldn't access my OneDrive files, either; for some reason, I was signed in with a different email I had long forgotten about.Less than a minute after logging, in, too, I got an error about the system being unable to
