Windows 10: Starter pack for my pro11 football game

Split from this thread. i want to buy a starter pack for my pro11 football game the issue i have is i put in all my details it say it is sending confirmation to my phone but it dont arrive at the starter pack is on offer if the offer runs out i can not afford to get so why is it not going to my phone
