Windows 10: Starting Asus lap top

    Starting Asus lap top


    When i turn my ASUS laptop on it displays Preparing Automatic Repair then screen goes black and nothing happens. the lights on but no one home.

    Dell lap top problem

    The Dell lap top starts up and then after a minute shuts off. It told me to go to this site "recoverykey.faq. what is my next step to correct this problem?

    Wifes lap top-family connection

    OK the problem is with my wifes Lap Top, I have her as on the family set up, today she was unable to use her Lap Top to go on her asu account to get her e mails of work she also can not get on the internet. I have checked connections and they are fine
    Question does she need an MSN account email or sign in?
