    Starting from June 6, 2024, the WIN10 system will randomly freeze.


    Starting from June 6, 2024, the company's WIN10 system PC will suddenly freeze. Sometimes when trying to wake up the PC to log in, the screen turns blue, and all operations except the mouse are invalid. Another case is that when working, all of a sudden all applications are unresponsive, only the mouse can be moved, and all shortcut keys cannot respond. At the same time, after restarting the PC, the query log record is blank, and there is no error message.Has anyone encountered a similar situation?

    Windows 10 freezes randomly


    I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
    Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
    I had tried that as well... no result.
