Windows 10: Starting @ mid Feb 2021, attempted use of both Edge & Chrome cause 100% CPU, 100% system...

I have run all W10 diagnostics and all come back fine. Running very few extensions and they are all from prior to the problem and are in good standing. Even when I remove all of them same problem. No new programs installed. Drivers & BIOS up-to-date. It started first on one computer and now has happened on another one! Cannot access the web at all due to the inability to keep a browser open. The absolute only thing I can see that is causing this is WINDOWS UPDATES. I open to trying any and all fixes.

Power supply: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4

Resolution: 2560 x 1080

Was working fine not it just crashes my game the game is Tom Clancys Rainbow six siege but I can barely also start up other games

 

100% Disk 100% Cpu

So every sense the start of Monday I've been having my computer feel like its died it legit goes to a black screen and I have to wait and I open task manager while I use my computer now and its always at a constant 100% Disk & 100% Cpu. I've done a lot
of research but nothing has worked for me I tried there "Windows Search" "Sysmain" But those never worked for me. My computer was working perfectly fine now it can barely open chrome .

 

CPU is always forcing to 100%

So my cpu is always forcing itself to 100% for example with Microsoft edge open it forces edge to use 85% cpu to make the total up to 100%.

I've tried resetting my windows but only on my C drive which only really had windows on as I install the majority of my programs on another drive.

I'm using a 7700K.

Ive updated my motherboard drivers tried updating my gpu drivers.(1070)

I've messed around with the power settings im currently on balanced and have tried power saver.

On my resource monitor it says 104% cpu usage and the main two at the top are memory compression and system even after reset. and max frequency is 103%. Strangely however on CAM which I have to monitor my hardware it said that my usage was hovering around
20-30%.

Really no idea how to fix this any suggestions?
