Windows 10: Starting pc and everyting runs slow, restarting pc fixes it.

Hello, I have a problem where If I start my PC everything is running very slow and "lagging". For example after playing a youtube video it's lagging and buffering. However if I just restart my PC everything is back to normal. I don't want to have to do that every single time. All my drivers are up to date, windows is up to date. The PC is 2-3 years old.

pc running slow

since the last windows 10 up date my pc is running slow and all games music etc has disappeared. my pc is also telling me it is logging me in with a temp pass word. any suggestions please
