    Starting to configure my new laptop and it has frozen


    Trying to configure my new laptop and all went well until Use your phone from your PC, QR code has not shown up and seems to be in a loop and now can neither Skip or Next. How do i escape from this and move on the complete the processStuart

    The start page frozen

    My laptop Acer ES 14 frozen on the start page . The Microsoft Windows 10 pictures.

    I managed to turn off and turn on a double time then it started as usually.

    Any suggestion what went wrong

Instead of new machines being sent to the IT group to configure, Dell/HP/etc would just send laptop to user, and when they log on, it would be remotely configured....
