Windows 10: StartMenuExperienceHost Waking PC almost instantly after putting PC to sleep

Hello, as the title says it's impossible to keep my PC asleep. I have no available updates and have troubleshooted as well as tried just about every solution I've found on here and elsewhere. "powercfg /wake timers" reads- "Timer set by [PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume9\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.StartMenuExperienceHost_cw5n1h2txyewy\StartMenuExperienceHost.exe expires at 10:48:05 PM on ᰯƻ. Windows 10 pc waking up from sleep instantly

My PC keeps waking up almost instantly every time I put it to sleep. The wake source is listed below.

when i shut down or put to sleep my PC it wakes up again

Look at my last couple posts. And maybe try that, set the power button to tell PC to sleep, press again to wake
Also run
powercfg /requests and there should be none

have a pc here which when told to sleep shuts down, instantly awakes

 

How to Put PC to sleep

What is the fastest way to put pc into sleep mode? (Least amount of steps)

I want to put it in sleep mode and not sure best way. Can i create a shortcut for that?

Also, are the issues ironed out with win10 not coming back easily from sleep mode. Sometimes it is hard to wake them up and you have to restart.

UPDATE: 1231pm.. so i found a way.. i click start, then power, then find Sleep. That works.

Is there a faster way though? With my Lenovo pc, i can choose what power buttons do and one thing under power says choose what the sleep button does? it is like a circle half filled. WHere is this button? I asked Lenovo and waiting for an answer.
