    Hey! Recently I've encountered an issue in both Windows 10 and Windows 11, the startup apps take like 10 minutes until they start booting. I can assure the issue is not coming for my PC itself, its pretty much new, only built it like 5 months ago, moreover, this thing just suddenly became an issue and everything else works just fine on my PC. I tried updating the version I had of Windows 10 but the update tab in the settings kept loading forever so I just upgraded.I've tried the following -1. Safe Boot.2. Upgrading from Windows 10 to 11.3. Disabling and enabling startup apps.My PC specs -CPU -
