Windows 10: startup commander

Discus and support startup commander in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I am trying to install a utility software and it will not load because it says the startup commander can not load the drivers...     Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

    I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

    Suggestion: /? (-?) and /help (-help) command-line arguments to show a list of all possible arguments in a small window. *Smile startup commander :)
