Windows 10: Startup.nsh error while booting

Hello,


In one of our IPC we are getting error while booting.


The message happening randomly .. If this stage came machine have to reboot again. No hardware is enable to press any key.


How can i resolve the issue ? The hardware is IPC (Industrial PC) inserted on machine.

changed mobo, cpu, ram, come to boot up and it says ntld is missing
