Windows 10: Startup Repair didn't work on my windows 11 computer

I got a new nvme for my computer and I was trying to swap my is to it, and I was able to do it, but I had a bunch of free space and I wanted to merge the free space and the copied disk. I copied the disk to the same drive, have two instances of the same drive on the same nvme. I then deleted one and it bricked my computer. It should have deleted one instance and kept the other but it deleted both? I feel really sick rn and I need a fix. The log file is saying \system32\logfiles\srt\srtTrail.txt so did I delete system32? I need help

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

I suggest you to Boot from the Windows 10 installation media and then perform automatic repair and check if it helps.

Follow the steps to perform Automatic repair:

  Insert installation media and restart the computer.
  
• 
  Select language and click on Next.
  
• 
  Select Repair your Computer and click on Skip this drive.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshoot and click on Advanced Options.
  
• 
  Here choose the option Automatic Repair and follow the prompted instructions.
