Windows 10: Startup Repair

Discus and support Startup Repair in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I tried to turn on my laptop, said it couldn't start so I ran the Windows Repair to find and repair cause.     I tried to turn on my laptop, said it couldn't start so I ran the Windows Repair to find and repair cause. Came back with Startup Repair cannot repair this computer. Problem signature: Event Name: StartupRepairOffline Signature 01: 6.1.7600.16385 Signature 02: 6.1.7600.16385 Signature 03: unknown Signature 04: 21201020 Signature 05: AutoFailover Signature 06: 3 Signature 07: NoRootCause OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1 Locale ID: 1033Can someone please help me out with this issue?I am the administrator on laptop but I don't remember my information.I did preform the hard reset with no luck.

    Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

    I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

    Cannot launch Settings on startup menu

    Hi Luky,

    Thank you for posting your reply.

    I suggest you to perform a Startup Repair by following the steps below.

    • In the Lock screen, press/hold the shift key and click on power icon>restart.
    • Click on Troubleshoot>Advanced Options>Startup Repair and follow the prompts to start the Startup Repair.
    After the Startup Repair is complete, check for the status.
