    Startup Repair


    Hey my computer is having issues opening windows after the start screen. I went to repair it via the method of turning it off 3x. I get to the option to repair windows but is saying my password is wrong which is impossible since it’s the same account i logged into for this. I reset the password on my phone to see if that would help & still says wrong password. I just wanna repair my windows so i can use my computer.

    Cannot launch Settings on startup menu

    Hi Luky,

    Thank you for posting your reply.

    I suggest you to perform a Startup Repair by following the steps below.

    • In the Lock screen, press/hold the shift key and click on power icon>restart.
    • Click on Troubleshoot>Advanced Options>Startup Repair and follow the prompts to start the Startup Repair.
    After the Startup Repair is complete, check for the status.
