Windows 10: Startup settings missing in Windows RE

    Startup settings missing in Windows RE


    My computer won't boot to desktop, likely due to an issue with a recent graphics driver install. I have no way of diagnosing this fully though, because I can't get into safe mode. When I get to the recovery environment there are no startup options. When I try BCD edit, it says the device can't be found. My drive is not set to raid. Intel RST lists it as a non-RAID disk with an NVME controller type, which is what it is. Do I have any option to get into safe mode? I will only do a fresh Windows install if it is a last resort.
